🖤Heart & Mind is a group mental health therapy practice in Richmond, VA, founded to bring true long-lasting healing to the core foundational needs of children, adults, parents and families impacted by adoption, early trauma, neglect and attachment challenges. Heart & Mind empowers connections through mental health counseling, regulation coaching, neuro-informed services and education. Our staff has extensive training and experience in adoption counseling, developmental trauma, play therapy, Safe and Sound Protocol and EMDR!

PRACTICE SCHEDULES

Lil Indians:  

🧡Tuesdays 5:30pm-6:30pm

BOYS

🖤Highschool BOYS (9th – 12th ONLY): Mondays/Wednesdays 7pm – 8:30pm

🧡K-2nd, 3-4th, 5-6th and 7-8th BOYS: Mondays/Wednesdays 5:30pm – 7pm

GIRLS:

🖤K-4th: Thursdays 5:30pm -7pm

🧡5-8th: Tuesdays 5:30pm -7pm

FALL REGISTRATION

This year we will be offering a clinic styled season to the following teams with the possibility of weekend games!

This team will play a full season! YOU MUST BE IN GRADES 9-12.  8th graders will be NOT be accepted
